As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician (Sales/Installer) who can deliver excellent electrical service while identifying solutions that best meet our clients' needs. Position Overview The Electrical Technician (Sales/Installer) is responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades while also educating customers and presenting service or upgrade options when appropriate. This role combines hands-on electrical work with customer-facing sales responsibilities . The ideal candidate is technically competent, professional, confident speaking with clients, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Installation & Service Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting Install and service electrical panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, EV chargers, and related systems Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures Accurately diagnose electrical issues and recommend proper solutions Sales & Customer Interaction Clearly explain electrical issues and solutions to homeowners and clients Present repair, replacement, or upgrade options in a professional and ethical manner Provide estimates and assist customers in selecting the best solution for their needs Upsell additional services when appropriate without pressure or misrepresentation Documentation & Communication Complete job documentation, service notes, and recommendations accurately Communicate with office staff regarding permits, inspections, and job status Follow company processes for scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-up Qualifications Required 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Electrical certification or license (or actively working toward one) Experience in a sales or service-based electrical role Familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Competitive base pay plus commission / performance incentives Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) Consistent work and growth opportunities Supportive office and operations team Opportunity to grow with an expanding company

Compensation Compensation Structure:
