LVN Nurse/Scrub Tech

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care for individuals in various healthcare settings.
• Insurance authorizations
• Front desk checking and check out
• PACU for OBL/ASC
• Manage and administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Utilize case management skills to coordinate patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Rooming patients, vitals, patient intake
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Provide nursing care as instructed
• Answer phones, schedule appointments

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a valid license in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with IV
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
