Our Laguna Beach showroom seeks an experienced Kitchen Cabinetry Design Technician to translate creative visions into precision-engineered, functional cabinetry solutions. We need a skilled professional whose technical expertise in cabinet specification, spatial planning, and detailed design execution ensures every luxury kitchen meets our exacting standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Kitchen Cabinetry Design Technician located in Laguna Beach, CA. The candidate will design functional kitchen layouts with an emphasis on cabinetry specification, create detailed technical drawings and construction documents, optimize spatial flow and workflow efficiency, and coordinate with manufacturers and contractors to ensure technical precision during execution. The technician will work closely with designers and clients to refine specifications and resolve technical challenges on-site. Qualifications Proven kitchen cabinetry design experience required — minimum 5+ years designing and specifying luxury kitchen cabinetry in residential settings. Expert knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware systems, and construction methodologies specific to high-end German kitchens. Advanced proficiency in design software (Auto

CAD, 2020

Design, or equivalent) for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of kitchen ergonomics, workflow efficiency, and functional layouts tailored to luxury residential standards. Ability to read, interpret, and create complex technical specifications and construction documentation. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precision in all design work and project delivery. Effective communication with designers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred; extensive cabinetry design experience may substitute.
