Support manufacturing automation, PLC/HMI systems, equipment integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, electrical, instrumentation, servo, and sensor issues. Develop and modify PLC/HMI programs . Support equipment installation, startup, and integration. Improve manufacturing processes and automation systems. Develop equipment specifications and qualification methods. Ensure equipment meets safety standards.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field . 3-5 years of controls/automation experience. Strong Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC and HMI experience. Experience with servo, stepper, sensor, and vision systems. Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, ANSI, ISO, and NEMA standards. AutoCAD/SolidWorks and basic SPC/data analysis experience preferred.Work Location:
