Megan Mott, PE | LinkedIn Your Primary Responsibilities will include Prepare detailed engineering drawings and construction plans for transportation projects, including bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous transportation structures Develop conceptual designs and unique construction details for structural elements Generate precise rebar drawings and detailed dimensioning for structural components Serve as the group's technical lead for software updates, ensuring all design tools are current and functioning optimally Stay at the forefront of industry best practices to implement more efficient workflows and CADD processes Maintain consistent coordination with Project Managers to ensure all deliverables align with project timelines and goals Ensure all work strictly adheres to proper
FDOT CADD
guidelines, standards, and procedures Manage electronic project files and folder structures in accordance with company and client filing standards What you'll need Experience using a variety of CADD platforms that may include Open Bridge Modeler, Open Roads Designer, Microstation and/or AutoCAD Ability to assist with development of 3D models using both Open Bridge Modeler and Open Roads Designer Familiarity with plans detailing for FDOT bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous transportation structures is preferred Familiarity withFDOT CADD
Manual is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and time management skills Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentPreferred Qualifications:
