Full Job Description Job Overview:
Josko Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician specialized in multi-family and residential services to join our team in Apopka, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, maintenance, and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the multi-family housing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in electrical work, specifically in multi-family residential settings. Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components relevant to multi-family housing. Journeyman electrician's license in the state of practice. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and independently. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in various conditions. • Willing to work overtime, on weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications or training in electrical systems or related fields. Experience with low-voltage systems or renewable energy solutions. Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical practices for multi-family residences.
