Job Description
We are seeking individuals with experience in programming PLCs. Prospective employees must be willing and able to travel in all 48 Contiguous States and Mexico and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. In addition, they must be eager to learn and multitask. The workload breakdown is 50% desk work and 50% field work. Job Description:
- Research, design, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) controls systems to meet client or employer needs throughout project or product lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of PLC software (Preferred Rockwell Studio 5000)
- Minimum 2 years of PLC and automation experience
- Willingness to learn multiple PLC programming software platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, and Omron.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of HMI software (Preferred Rockwell)
- Willingness to learn multiple HMI programming software platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, etc..
- Basic understanding of the industrial equipment and manufacturing processes. Eligible to work in U.S. Valid US Passport or Obtain Passport.
- Able to read components, assembly, and equipment drawings.
- Valid Driver's License, Transportation.
Optional Requirements:
- Python or Java scripting experience
- Robotics knowledge
- Electrical engineering degree
- Mechanical engineering degree
