Responsibilities:
Apply electrical and instrumentation expertise to create construction design packages under general supervision. Design electrical systems and components for heavy industrial facilities. Prepare detailed drawings for electrical system installations, including motors, controls, panels, wiring, and medium voltage switchgear. Assist in Electrical reviews of project packages to ensure quality procedures are followed. Review design estimates and work scopes for new projects.
Required Skills:
5+ years of industrial electrical design experience. Experience using AutoCAD electrical (or similar) Familiar with NEC Codes and hazardous environments. Skilled in designing and modifying PLC-based control panels, motor control panels, and electrical schematics.
Additional Skills:
Experience in the oil and gas, or water and waste management industries Experience with 480-volt power systems, lighting, raceway sizing, and grounding. #priority
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
