As a Controls Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize our operations. Your expertise in Auto
CAD, PLC
programming, and automation will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Layout :
Develop control system layouts using AutoCAD, focusing on overall system design rather than component-wise detailing. Design work is a must, (having PLC send the correct output to the Pneumatic , speed adjustments with BFD's, Ladder logic)
PLC Programming :
Program PLCs (Allen Bradley) to ensure correct outputs to pneumatic systems, speed adjustments with VFDs, and implement ladder logic.
Automation :
Implement basic automation solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Collaboration :
Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate control systems into broader projects.
Problem-Solving :
Address complex issues related to control systems and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in controls engineering.
Education :
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Skills :
Proficiency in Auto
CAD, PLC
