10 day on, 4 days off (10 hour days).(Please provide what shift they are willing to work or both). OT after 40 hours. need references need medical exp Hudson, NH - 6 weeks onsite Controls Engineer 1. Purpose Provide controls programming support for a medical device assembly machine. the Design is complete, they need these stations programmed compliant to the design already agreed on through debug, adjust sensors, confirm alarms are tied to the correct objects etc. Then it will be shipped to Asia where it will then be recommissioned. 2. Scope of Work Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 PLC ladder logic station programming using Hudson's PLC programming template. PLC programming will be using a DINT based state machine that includes machine initialization, station sequence, logic bits, output OTEs and alarms. All tags in controller scope and detailed rung and tag comments are required. ABB RobotStudio programming using ABB robot programming template. Complete robot station programming, including PLC interface. Electrical Schematics and Mechanical CAD will be provided to aid and inform the programming. 3. Deliverables Completed Studio 5000 PLC and/or RobotStudio program for all the assigned stations. Exports of those programs and documentation describing how they function. Must have An ARS (Amazon Robotics Sortable) facility is a large warehouse designed to store, pick, and sort smaller consumer goods using advanced automated robots and artificial intelligence. This is an ongoing project we are aiming to provide all expenses covered ( flight hotel; car rental and 80 dollars a day for food )

Project Details:

controls engineers/technicians for commissioning support on their conveyor systems for go-live and post go-live support. Contractors will be using Allen Bradley Studio 5000 v. 35 with FactoryTalk View as the HMI and PowerFlex 525 for VFDs. Individuals should understand the functionality of their AOIs (add-on instructions) and must be a self-starter, being able to take initiative to find work when tasks are completed. Tracking faults, troubleshooting, high volume testing.

mandatory Need ABB expereince:

Allen Bradley experience Prior Warehouse/Material Handling experience (Amazon is a plus) Have their own laptop, license, & PPE (Hi-vis vest, hard hat, safety glasses, 6" leather above the ankle composite/steel toe boots) Independent, self-starter At least 4 years experience, will look at less Warm Regards..
