This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term growth, excellent benefits, and exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects—including data center work. What You'll Do Develop 2D & 3D BIM models for conduit, cable tray, and electrical equipment Create coordination & fabrication drawings (underground, overhead, electrical rooms, etc.) Collaborate across architectural, structural, mechanical, and civil teams Run clash detection using Navisworks Manage Interpret construction documents (plans, sections, elevations) Identify design conflicts and support solutions Produce shop drawings aligned with prefabrication standards What We're Looking For 2-5 years of electrical or BIM experience Experience with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and/or Navisworks Understanding of electrical construction & installation methods Familiarity with NEC codes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Associate degree or Technical Diploma BIM / Revit / AutoCAD certifications Exposure to BIM coordination workflows Why Join?
