Overview:
This is a Contract-to-Hire Controls Hardware Designer role in Detroit, MI, focused on hardware design and documentation using EPLAN and AutoCAD. Candidates with GM/Ford standard experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop controls hardware documentation and layouts Create and maintain electrical schematics using EPLAN and AutoCAD Support hardware design standards for automotive manufacturing environments Collaborate with engineering teams on control panel and hardware design deliverables Apply automotive industry standards (GM/Ford) where applicable
Requirements:
5-10 years of controls hardware design experience preferred EPLAN experience preferred AutoCAD experience highly desired Automotive experience (GM/Ford standards) a plus No degree required — experience-based role PJDXdBTKpV
