Ability to support approximately 3 weeks of offline development work followed by approximately 3 weeks of onsite commissioning work in Pennsylvania. Job Responsibilities Develop and modify Allen-Bradley PLC programs. Program and integrate FANUC robotic systems. Develop and configure HMI applications. Support electrical controls and panel design activities. Integrate pneumatic and hydraulic control systems. Configure VFD and servo applications. Configure and troubleshoot DeviceNet, Ethernet, and Profibus communication networks. Perform offline controls development and system testing. Support machine integration and functional testing. Perform onsite equipment startup and commissioning. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, robot, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and network-related issues. Support system validation and final equipment implementation at the customer site.
