You will be responsible for executing offline programming tasks tailored for an automotive manufacturing environment, utilizing established project software templates to ensure consistency and efficiency. Core Duties Execute offline PLC programming and engineering tasks. Develop and adjust Rockwell PLC logic configurations. Integrate PaintWorks software within the broader automation framework. Apply provided project templates to standardize PLC and PaintWorks programming. Analyze current software setups and implement necessary code updates. Contribute to system development to ensure readiness for upcoming modification builds. Ensure project outcomes align with technical drawings, specifications, and timelines. Resolve programming errors to facilitate seamless software integration. Keep detailed records and documentation of all programming changes. Collaborate with automation and engineering staff to help the team reach project milestones on time. Essential Qualifications Proven practical experience in Rockwell PLC programming. Demonstrated proficiency in working with PaintWorks. Background in developing or updating PLC software. Capability to conduct offline programming tasks. Adept at interpreting technical documentation and project requirements. Skill in diagnosing and fixing software or PLC-related malfunctions. Self-motivated professional capable of meeting strict project deadlines. Desired Qualifications Background in the automotive manufacturing or automation sectors.
