BIM/CADD

Our work includes projects in aviation, healthcare, municipal facilities, airports, K-12 and higher education facilities, hotels, parks, roadway lighting. This is a great opportunity and challenge to use your Revit MEP skills for 3D modeling of mechanical and electrical systems including: HVAC, plumbing, power distribution system, generators, CCTV, fire alarm, medium voltage, roadway and interior lighting. You will work in a fast paced environment on various and multiple facility types including office, retail, entertainment, aviation, hospitality, education, water/wastewater, etc.

Skills:

Proficient in using software programs such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Mechanical and Electrical design experience a plus.

Qualifications:

Either a minimum of 3+ years experience in AutoCAD or a minimum of one years' experience in Revit MEP experience and Associates Degree preferred. Proficient in BIM Modeling specifically Revit MEP Good communications skills, both written and oral Demonstrate drafting skills using Autodesk MEP Revit Demonstrate drafting skills using AutoCAD (2023 or newer) Experience in working in team environment The ability to work to deadline and manage time effectively
