You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient, safe, and innovative solutions for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to cutting-edge designs, and grow your expertise in low voltage technology systems within a dynamic MEP firm. Key Responsibilities Design and develop low voltage electrical systems, including Telecommunications/Structured Cabling, Security and Access Control and Audio/Video Systems. Create detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software. Conduct site assessments and develop tailored solutions based on project requirements. Perform calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to develop comprehensive plans. Review project drawings and provide technical guidance on low voltage electrical systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in low voltage system design. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in low voltage technology system design. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, particularly NEC and BICSI. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Certifications & Education Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, other technical education or equivalent technical experience Key Skills Low voltage system design Project management Troubleshooting and problem-solving Attention to detail Team collaboration Work Environment Office-based with occasional site visits for assessments and inspections. Collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
