Job Description

BIM Designer – Electrical Construction Gladstone, MO | In-Person | $70,000 – $90,000/yr | Full-Time A well established and growing electrical contracting company with decades of experience delivering commercial and industrial projects is hiring a BIM Designer to join a close-knit, collaborative design team. This is a team that cares about their people and takes real pride in the work they build.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with other trades Create shop drawings, layout plans, and installation documentation Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to ensure constructability and accuracy Stay current on BIM best practices and construction technology trends

What You Bring:

2+ years of BIM modeling/design experience in electrical contracting Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent problem solving and communication skills Self motivated, detail oriented, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
