Full Job Description Why This Role Matters:
You will play a key role in supporting industrial and commercial projects from planning through design. Working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you will independently lead moderate to complex projects of varying sizes while collaborating with a licensed Engineer or Project Manager. Your expertise and experience will help drive high-quality design solutions and contribute to successful project outcomes.What You'll Do:
Develop detailed electrical engineering plans, drawings, models, and construction documents using AutoCAD for industrial, commercial, and municipal projects. Perform electrical system design and analysis, including load calculations, power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, tele/data, public address, and other low-voltage systems. Size and select electrical equipment, panelboards, generators, transfer switches, and related components while coordinating with vendors and utility providers. Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated project solutions and evaluate system alternatives. Support project execution through site observations, construction coordination, preparation of visual aids, maps, reports, and technical documentation, while ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards and codes.What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum five (5) years of engineering design experience in civil, municipal, or related infrastructure projects. Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and/or OpenRoads, along with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documentation and apply them to project design and execution.What We Offer:
