Review and understand contract requirements for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, ensuring all designs comply with specifications and relevant guidelines. 2. Coordinate M&E activities on-site and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements. 3. Develop and maintain M&E work programs and submission schedules. 4. Plan and prepare all necessary drawings to meet submission deadlines. 5. Produce detailed drawings and combined services plans based on design sketches. 6. Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. 7. Provide support for inspections and arrange all required authority and site inspections. Job Requirement 1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of local M&E standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. 5. Proficiency in CAD software
