Your impact Lead and develop a team of electronic technicians, building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Pinpoint and correct faults at the board and system level to restore optimal performance. Direct installation, maintenance, and repair activities with an eye for quality and throughput. Design and run preventive maintenance schedules to preempt failures and limit downtime. Work side-by-side with engineering to enhance current systems and shape new solutions. Keep meticulous records of service work, PMs, and parts usage to inform decisions. Ensure all work adheres to established safety regulations and procedures. Coach the team on modern diagnostics, best practices, emerging tools, and PLC techniques. What you'll need to succeed Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar; Bachelor's preferred. 5+ years maintaining and repairing electronic systems, with 2+ years in a lead role. Expertise in circuits, electronic systems, and systematic troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and electronic testing software. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and sound judgment. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team.
