Hardcoat Technologies LLC is a Plastic Injection Molder and Hardcoater for the Automotive, ATV and Industrial Markets. We are focused on providing high quality injection molded and coated components. We are growing and in need of a PLC Programmer. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems for production equipment and automated machinery. Write, review and improve ladder logic programs to support safe and reliable equipment operation. Diagnose controls related to issues involving PLC's, sensors, HMI's relays, drives and related automation components. Set up, configure and troubleshoot optic camera systems with emphasis on Keyence equipment. Wotk with maintenance, engineering and production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performances. Documnet program changes, system updates and troubleshooting activity as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven experience programming PLC's in an indurial, manufacturing or automation environment. Strong working knowledge of ladder logic programming Ability to troubleshoot exsisting PLC programs and make effective improvements Experience with machine vision or optic camera setup preferred, Keyemce experoence is a strong plus. Ability to read electrical schematics, control drawings, or related technical documentation preferred. Strong problem solving skills and ability to wokr hands on with equipment on the plant floor.
