Develop detailed BIM models for security and access control systems using Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, and MicroStation to ensure accurate representation and layout design. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate security system components such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and system design elements into comprehensive models. Create precise construction documentation, including schematics and electrical wiring diagrams aligned with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Manage clash detection processes to identify and resolve conflicts between security infrastructure and other building systems using NavisWorks. Lead the review of BIM models for compliance with industry standards like NEC and best practices for electrical engineering and system design.
