Help Keep Our CNC Routers Running Strong! Do you have a knack for troubleshooting mechanical or electrical systems? Enjoy helping customers get their machines back up and running? If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and like solving technical problems, we want to talk to you! We're looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with their CNC routers. You'll use your mechanical and electrical understanding to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate repairs — keeping our customers productive and supported. What You'll Do Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with CNC routers over the phone or through remote support. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and determine when a technician or replacement part is needed. Coordinate with field service techs and parts departments to ensure timely repairs. Create and manage service cases, order parts, and document solutions. Build your knowledge of CNC controls, servo systems, and router components through on-the-job training. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, or troubleshooting machinery, equipment, or mechanical/electrical systems — experience with CNC, automation, manufacturing, cable systems, or similar equipment is all a plus. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or control systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple service cases.
