- The Underwriting Account Executive leads the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to support successful placement, retention, and growth. This role manages the full account lifecycle—from submission through binding and renewal—while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client and carrier requirements.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- + Active state insurance licenserequiredin applicable lines of business
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- + Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and carrier guidelines + Ability to negotiate terms and evaluate coverage options to supportoptimalplacement outcomes + Effective account management skills across the full lifecycle (submission, quoting, binding, renewal) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability tointerface acrossinternal and external stakeholders + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment + Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and systems used for policy and account management + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with agents, carriers, and internal teams + Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making + Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and market developments The annual base salary for this position is $80k - $100k.
