[Responsibilities]
  • Design and capture electrical schematics, guiding PCB board layouts for cutting-edge avionics products
  • Conduct electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis to ensure robust and reliable performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the aerospace hardware development cycle
  • Support integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of test anomalies at the CCA, unit, and system level
  • Prepare, review, and present Product Certification documentation; assist with system-level testing and certification processes
  • Engage with management, peers, and government customers through effective presentations and written communications [Required Skills and Experience]
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience/education
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital circuit design at the card/board level, including schematic capture and analysis
  • Proven experience in aerospace hardware development phases and technical evaluation of designs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance [Preferred Skills]
  • Proficiency with schematic capture tools such as Xpedition
  • Familiarity with PSPICE, Saber, or similar electronic simulation tools
  • Background in missile design and electronics analysis (Worst Case, Stress, FMECA)
  • Experience in failure investigation at CCA, unit, or system level
  • Demonstrated skill in consensus building, problem solving, and conflict resolution within diverse teams
