Service Engineer As a Service Engineer at ZefSci, you'll be the technical expert laboratories rely on to keep critical analytical instruments operating at peak performance. Working with advanced chromatography and mass spectrometry systems, you'll deliver installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services that directly support scientific research and laboratory productivity. LC-MS/MS
systems (4500-7500 series) Support Shimadzu HPLC platforms (maintenance, calibration, repair) Diagnose issues quickly, resolve them effectively, and optimize system performance Partner directly with scientists as their onsite technical expert Manage preventive maintenance, documentation, and escalations when needed Why this role stands out Single site stability (travel 5-10%) High ownership: you are the primary expert on site Deep technical exposure in a pharma environment Direct impact on scientific output What you bring 2+ years of hands on experience with Sciex
LC-MS/MS
