- Weapons SMT .
Essential Functions:
- Performing and executing Statement of Work (SOW) as a Supplier/Subcontract Manger (SMT) Weapons Avionics Subsystem(s)
- Responsibilities include the ability to manage the program requirements to ensure supplier compliance with program and AV design, test, document and Avionics Radar subsystems hardware requirements
- Document designs using detailed schematics, diagrams, and specifications
- Collaborate with Subcontract engineers and stakeholders to implement subsystem performance and environmental requirements.
- Work with subcontractors to develop design solutions for obsolete hardware.
- Travel up to 25% This position may be filled at either the Principal OR Sr.
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic qualifications for a Principal Engineer include a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and at least 5 years of experience, a Master's Degree in STEM with 3 years of experience, or a PhD Degree with no experience.
- Basic qualifications for a Sr. Principal Engineer include a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and at least 8 years of experience, a Master's Degree in STEM with 6 years of experience, or a PhD Degree with 3 years of experience.
- Experience designing, configuring, and installing avionics subsystems
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active US Government Secret clearance
- Active Special Program Access (SAP)
Primary Level Salary Range:
$93,300.00- $139,900.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$116,300.00- $174,500.
