The Role Commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs and static transfer switches. Carry out equipment start-ups, repairs, testing and emergency call-outs. Prepare service reports and support the development of maintenance and testing procedures. Travel primarily within the region, with occasional national travel and flexibility for nights, weekends and on-call duties. What We're Looking For At least 3 years' relevant UPS field service experience. OEM factory training or hands-on experience with Vertiv/Liebert, Schneider/APC/MGE or Eaton/Powerware/PDI equipment. Strong electrical fault-finding, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and a clean driving record. Based in or around Atlanta.
