Overview:
Join Xerox as an Onsite Service Technician and become part of our growing Technical Services organization. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair customer equipment while helping ensure device availability and compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will serve as a key onsite contact, combining electromechanical expertise with responsive customer service to deliver a high-quality experience.

What You Will Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge Manage service calls and resolve equipment issues in accordance with customer SLAs Serve as a primary customer contact for equipment maintenance, production support, and supply inventory needs Communicate equipment status and availability to onsite customers and engage additional Xerox resources when required Provide customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality What You Need to
Succeed:
Electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics Strong customer service, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently, manage service priorities, and reliably meet customer commitments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
