Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer , you will play a key role in overseeing the successful development and execution of new product initiatives and continuous improvement projects. You will be the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Act as the primary liaison for internal teams (logistics, purchasing, quality, product development, etc.) and external customers and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment across multiple departments. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and adherence to company standards. Work closely with outside vendors to ensure successful integration and execution of project specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred but not required). At least 1 year of experience or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment . Strong communication skills , with the ability to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments.
