Overview:
Xerox is seeking a professional Onsite Service Technician to support our growing Technical Services division. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver excellent service, maintain and repair assigned equipment, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while helping ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
Deliver outstanding service and resolve calls in line with customer service level agreements Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electromechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools Manage maintenance, production support, and supply inventory for assigned equipment Communicate equipment status and availability to clients and coordinate support when needed Train end users on assigned products to improve understanding and day-to-day use What You Need to
Succeed:
Electromechanical experience, including use of a multi-meter and reading electrical schematics Experience in roles such as HVAC, cable/internet technician, electrician, automotive repair, military, or similar technical service work Strong time management, reliability, and customer service skills Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving What Success Looks Like in the First 60
