In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives across the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, uphold compliance with industry regulations, and foster a culture of quality excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Review drawings, bills of materials, PCB files, specifications, and other engineering documents before production release. Respond to supplier questions regarding drawings, specifications, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing requirements. Develop clear work instructions for critical projects and define required inspection points and acceptance criteria. Identify critical manufacturing steps and ensure they are properly documented in production travelers. Develop criteria for incoming inspection and work with engineers and suppliers to solve non conformances. Partner with engineering and production supervisors to implement manufacturing changes, establish quality standards, and monitor compliance on the production floor. Perform and document incoming inspections of machined metal parts, PCB assemblies, and other critical components. Conduct in-process and final production inspections before products are released to RF testing. Identify production and quality issues; document nonconformances; support root-cause investigations; and help implement corrective actions. Standardize improved manufacturing methods to increase production output, consistency, traceability, and product quality. Monitor manufacturing processes and recommend improvements based on inspection results, defect trends, rework data, and production performance. Review PCB designs and manufacturing files using Altium Designer, as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within electronics sectors. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards. Strong background in quality inspection techniques, quality control processes, and quality assurance systems. Familiarity with Lean management principles and Six Sigma manufacturing practices to optimize production workflows. Experience leading quality audits and facilitating cross-functional communication to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
