Do you enjoy tracing faults down to individual components and bringing equipment back to life? Can you explain complex issues clearly to customers when needed? Do you like building fixtures, analyzing warranty returns, and improving how work gets done? Role focus Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical equipment/tooling at the component level with intermediate complexity. Support basic product development activities to refine designs and serviceability. Handle occasional customer communications to provide updates and guidance. Build test fixtures under general supervision. Perform warranty analysis to determine causes and recommend corrective actions. Complete and submit all service reports and related documentation.
