•BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7-10 years of relevant engineering experience. Proven experience leading hardware architecture, design, and engineering, including hardware modifications, industrial design, and thermal management. Strong background in analog and digital electronics, CPU boards, RF interfaces, and embedded systems. 5+ years of hands-on analog/digital board development and embedded systems experience. Experience designing systems around high-performance processors, COM Express modules, GPUs, and I/O subsystems. Knowledge of interfaces and technologies including PCIe, 1G/10G Ethernet, SPI, I²C, flash memory, and clocking/synchronization systems.
