The qualified candidate will provide expert and second-tier IT technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians. The candidate will also provide technical advice and guidance on IT installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and IT systems.Key responsibilities include:
testing, training, and fielding support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated IT systems and services; providing expertise for the resolution of technical problems, troubleshooting products, and modifying products to customer requirements; maintaining network stability through advanced troubleshooting, timely resolution of incidents, and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair. The candidate will provide training to customers, requiring frequent travel and onsite work at the customer site. The qualified candidate will partner with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents and will answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated IT systems and services.Work Environment:

Willingness to work outside of normal working hoursMinimum Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- An Active/Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and no years of relevant experience; Master's degree and no years of experience; High School Diploma/GED and four (4+) years of relevant experience
- Possess knowledge of designated systems.
- Willingness to work outside of normal work hours
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS)
