ZF is hiring a Hardware Electronics Engineer for its team in Farmington Hills, Michigan, USA. This position is part of ZF's
ADAS & HPC
business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies What you can look forward to as the
Electronics Engineer:
Create concise analyses, reports, and presentations for internal technical discussions and reviews.
Support Core/Application ADAS Safety ECU and Camera product design and development cycles.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, system, software, and validation teams to develop camera products.
Manage electrical engineering changes and update schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, and application-specific documentation.
Contribute to functional safety analysis, including
ISO 26262
work products such as DFMEA, FMEDA, and Worst-Case Analysis.
Support hardware verification, troubleshooting, EMC/EMI testing, environmental testing, release reporting, supplier coordination, and quality management activities. Your Profile as
Electronics Engineer:
5+ years of electrical engineering/design experience
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Lab verification skills, ASIC analog/digital design knowledge, Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
