They specialize in the design, development, and production of high-quality electronic sensors for various industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial electronics. Job Description The Engineering Manager will report into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for: Lead and develop a team of applications engineers, development engineers, and technicians. Mentor team members and support professional growth and succession planning. Partner with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions. Engage directly with key customers to address technical challenges, support product evaluations, and strengthen long-term relationships. Translate customer and market requirements into product specifications and development priorities. Collaborate with global engineering and R D teams to advance existing products and introduce new technologies. Oversee testing, validation, and qualification activities for new products and custom solutions. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align business and technical objectives. Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and customers. The Successful Applicant Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline (Masters is a plus) 10+ years of related experience preferably in motion control product development. Demonstrated success in customer-facing engineering, applications engineering, product development, and technical leadership. Strong background in electromechanical systems, signal processing, and sensor technology. Proficiency in CAD software, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
