Job Description

OVERVIEW

Seeking a Senior Technical Service Specialist to serve as the primary technical resource for customers and field technicians. This role will diagnose equipment issues, provide remote troubleshooting, coordinate service activities, and dispatch field technicians. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machine-control expertise with excellent customer communication skills.
