Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a self-motivated Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing devices or systems. They will set up, configure, and test new hardware and software, troubleshoot existing systems and provide technical support to customers. Duties Responsible for the installation, maintenance, service and repairs of cut-to-size saws and edge banding technology. Active customer support on-site including customer training courses. Responsible for documenting all services done with customers and filling out Service Reports with accurate information. Qualifications Must be willing to travel (85%) of the time. Successfully completed an education program (apprenticeship, HTL ...) in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering, plant and process technician or comparable technical training. Experience in component and device assembly. Provide top of the line customer service. Capable of working independently Ability to adapt and be flexible.
