Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Video Engineer to join our production team and deliver exceptional technical support for corporate events. This role involves managing all aspects of video systems, ensuring flawless execution for live, hybrid, and virtual events.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot video systems for corporate events, including cameras, switchers, routers, and playback devices.

Manage signal flow and ensure high-quality video output across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with production designers, AV technicians, and event managers to integrate video solutions seamlessly.

Perform pre-event testing and on-site technical checks to guarantee reliability.

Maintain and update video equipment inventory and documentation.

Stay current with emerging video technologies and best practices for live event production.

RequirementsProven experience as a Video Engineer in live or corporate event environments.

Strong knowledge of video systems, signal flow, and broadcast standards.

Hands-on experience with Blackmagic Design equipment (switchers, routers, converters, and cameras).Familiarity with streaming platforms and hybrid event setups.

Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as
AVIXA CTS, SBE
Certified Video Engineer, or manufacturer-specific training.

Experience with LED walls, projection mapping, and media servers.

Knowledge of IP-based video systems and networking fundamentals.
