- We want your talent to support activities for complex avionics electronics systems in our growing avionics business areas.
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor s Degree and 8 years of related experience OR 15 years of related experience
- Preferred Education and Experience
- At least eight (12) years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Design of Electronics Assemblies
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills:
- + Familiarity and experience with assembly design in military, aircraft, or other high reliability electronics packaging environment.
Preferred Skills:
- 1. Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices and manufacturing equipment. 2. Experience recognizing and solving failure modes that occur in high reliability environments. 3. Ability to effectively lead a team in the solution of open ended problems. 4. Ability to coach and teach others in the organization.
- Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
