Join a dynamic team focused on advancing Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies to enhance national defense capabilities. As an Electronic Warfare M&S Engineer, Mid-level professional, you will develop sophisticated models and simulations of RF spectrum and ground-based EW systems. You'll leverage your expertise in signal processing, architecture modeling, and software development to create innovative solutions for the defense community. This role offers the opportunity to impact national security by designing algorithms, developing software in C++, MATLAB, and Python, and improving modeling techniques to support the evolving needs of the warfighter. Work on challenging projects related to air defense systems and electronic warfare environments, contributing to cutting-edge research and operational readiness. This is a permanent, direct hire position requiring a Top-Secret clearance, located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Top Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in signal processing, radar analysis, or related fields
  • Proficiency in C++, Python, and digital signal processing techniques
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
