Program Overview Gauge Engineering Services is an established subcontractor supporting the development of Radio Frequency Distribution Systems for use in Electronic Warfare products.

King of Prussia, PA Required Clearance:
Top Secret Key Responsibilities- Drive RF and EW architecture, system design, integration, and verification for advanced payloads operating in hostile, spectrum-congested environments.
- Perform system, subsystem, and component trade studies, technical performance measurements (TPMs), and Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV) analysis.
- Manage RF supplier technical requirements, including antenna specifications, link budgets, and transmitter/receiver performance.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, execute lab/flight integration activities, and verify system requirements through deployment. Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 5-9+ years of Systems engineering experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience in RF design, Radar, or Electronic Warfare systems.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements generation to formal verification.
- Familiarity with Electronic Attack (EA) and Electronic Protection (EP) techniques, EMI/EMC mitigation, and digital signal processing.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with Model-Based Systems Engineering products such as CAMEO and SysML Applicable Domains

Salary Range:
