  • Service Project Engineer
  • for North America, you will play a key role in strengthening our service capabilities and elevating the customer experience.
You'll help shape the future of service at Danfoss by delivering projects that support our goals and drive long‑term value for customers across the region. In this role, you will balance hands‑on technical work with strategic project leadership. You'll support customers onsite, help resolve complex quality issues, and guide internal teams in developing the tools, resources, and digital solutions that enable world‑class service delivery. Your work will directly support the growth of our service business and ensure customers have the expertise and support they need to operate their systems efficiently, reliably, and safely.

  • What We're Looking For
  • + A bachelor's degree in
  • electrical engineering
  • or related technical field; equivalent experience (including an associate degree) in drives, power electronics, or automation is welcomed. + At least
  • 3 years of industry experience
  • in drives, power electronics, or automation. + Ability to read and interpret
  • electrical schematics
  • , including PCB‑level drawings, and knowledge of NAM electrical codes and UL requirements. + Project management experience or certification. + Experience with Danfoss VFDs or other brands; familiarity with tools such as
  • MCT10, MyDrive Insight, Vacon Live
  • , and experience with PLC/BAS, fieldbus protocols, SAP, or Salesforce.

  • $85,000- $110,000 + bonus + benefits
