We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Senior Technical Business Developer to lead the expansion of our Grid Automation portfolio in the U.S. market. This role bridges advanced grid technologies and a focused market penetration strategy, driving growth through utility customer and key partner engagement, stakeholder intelligence, and solution development. This position reports directly to the Product Marketing Director and functionally to the Global Portfolio Management of Grid Components. This is a remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, with preference for Cary, NC or Houston, TX.Key Responsibilities:
Market strategy leadership- Drive U.S. growth by identifying new utility/industrial automation opportunities, shaping market penetration strategy, and securing product homologation with key utilities. Technical engagement
- Act as a gridautomation SME, lead presales technical activities, and support solution design across architectures, protection systems, and integration workflows. Standards influence
- Contribute to vPAC and IEEE working groups, representing the company to help shape emerging grid automation standards and interoperability frameworks.
