- Technical Volume Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at our Melbourne, FL and will be based within our office spaces to support the program and business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master's degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 10 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. (STEM) AND 8 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering. Experience managing subcontracts, and other contributors to create a compliant Technical Volume Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and any program access required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Top Secret clearancePreferred Experience:
Understanding of program strategic partners and suppliers, including development, acquisition, acceptance, qualification, system integration and test support Proven experience in proposal development and capture management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize, draft, and deliver compelling proposals for government and defense contracts Review documents from the supplier's development effort and support supplier technical interchange meetings and design reviews. Technical understanding of program strategic partners and suppliers, including development, acquisition, acceptance, qualification, system integration and test support.Primary Level Salary Range:
$152,900.00- $229,300.
