As a primary point of contact for our clients, you will deliver high-quality technical support and service. Core Duties Execute the installation, routine maintenance, and repair of various systems at client locations. Identify and resolve technical malfunctions to ensure customers receive prompt and effective solutions. Document all service engagements and client communications with precision. Educate clients on proper equipment operation to help them maximize their investment. Partner with our internal technical support group to address and overcome intricate challenges. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Foster positive, long-term client relationships to drive higher levels of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; a technical degree or relevant certification is a plus. Demonstrated background working in a field service or comparable technical capacity. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to manage your own schedule and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Flexibility to accommodate travel requirements and varying work hours. Possession of a valid driver's license and a history of safe driving.
