Position range in Collin County $87k - $149k Per Year Product Engineer (
Drive cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction/elimination, test and manufacturing flow optimization, test time and yield enhancements. Interface with various cross-functional teams such as Program Management, QRE/CQE, Design, and Bench FW Development Engineers. Document gaps, lessons learned, and best practices back to NPDE PE teams for better execution on future projects. Must be able to update/modify existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and test-cost reduction. Good understanding on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture (ETS800, T2K, IFlex etc.) and able to work with vendor to develop low level automation code. New Product Introduction to Factory at Entitlement and closing safe launch requirements to mass production. Conduct meetings and technical training to factory counterparts, and offload Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solution to the factory from test development site for a faster hand-off and release to the market. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related followed by 5 years of progressive related experience.
