This role supervises field service engineers and technicians, supports installation and maintenance activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains compliance with safety and cleanroom standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes, leadership experience, and the ability to manage field service operations in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field service engineers and technicians performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment and support systems Coordinate daily field service schedules, dispatching, and customer support activities Monitor service response times, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company procedures, cleanroom protocols, and safety regulations Conduct site inspections and technician performance evaluations Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex equipment issues Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customer teams to resolve operational issues Support equipment startups, upgrades, field modifications, and preventive maintenance activities Train, mentor, and develop field service personnel Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, maintenance records, and customer communications Monitor spare parts usage, service tools, and field equipment readiness Assist with workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and technician development Support continuous improvement efforts focused on service quality and operational efficiency Manage customer expectations and communication in high-pressure manufacturing environments Travel to customer semiconductor fabs and manufacturing facilities as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related technical field 3+ years of semiconductor equipment field service experience 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes Experience working in semiconductor fabs and cleanroom environments Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation Familiarity with gas delivery systems, vacuum systems, robotics, PLCs, RF systems, or semiconductor process equipment preferred Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Language Requirements:
