Job Summary Be the face of Tetra Pak. Deliver excellence where it matters most. As a Service Engineer, you'll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly. As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers' facilities. What you will do Travel to customer sites to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes Train customer operators and support production efficiency Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery Maintain a clean, safe work environment Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team We believe you have Up to three years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation positions. Educational background in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time. Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service. Why Join Us?
